Elk meat is one of the healthiest meats available, being high in protein and having less fat, fewer calories, and less cholesterol than beef, chicken, or fish. Our elk meat is hormone free. Our meat is well trimmed and boneless. Our burger is 98% lean. All our products are inspected and approved safe by the proper authorities.

Elk velvet has been used in Asia for centuries to promote health. Velvet products are being more widely used all the time in the United State for both people and pets.
